Yes, Ripple is amazing.

The question is whether banks see value in holding XRP instead of using their own tokens or keeping fiat.

If they don't hold XRP, there's little value in XRP (even if the Ripple protocol goes big).

If banks hold XRP, the sky's the limit -- and it will lead to major XRP demand from multinational corporations, businesses in countries with weak currencies, and anybody who needs immediate access to foreign currencies.
