Anybody Can Help me in Reinstate My Poloniex Account?

10 Days ago on 25th September 2017 I have received an email "Successfully Logined on Poloniex". It was not me, then again after half hour I received another email that you request a withdrawal of BTC and amount was there. It was not me. So, I was sure that someone is trying to steal my money from my poloniex account. Then I immediately freeze/lock my account and open a ticket in poloniex support and describe everything about compromised account.

They send me an auto reply in which they mention that matter has been endorsed to a customer representative but after that I update my ticket everyday and ask about the issue but they are not replying me. Ticket is showing "in Progress". There are too many up and downs in the market of BTC. I want to trade but they are not taking my matter seriously. What I should do in that case. Please help me.
