Why I think the masses will adopt Cryptocurrency

I was watching an interesting Warren Buffet video earlier, where he talks about investment strategy advice. The advice is to take a certain a amount you can afford per month and compound into something like the S&P500. This got me thinking. Lets take a look at the 5 year performance of the S&P500.

The first thing that springs up to me is stability and a trend upwards. Most investors are risk-averse and would happily take the returns provided by something like the S&P500 over a period of 5 years, for example. However, I believe that the new tech-savvy generation are more prone to taking risks for higher reward potential. Cryptocurrencies offer that. They are new, exciting, innovative and many are backed by tech that will revolutionize their world.

The chart below shows the Return on Investment of some of the top cryptocurrencies:

The huge gains over the past few years will inevitably bring in more money into the cryptocurrency economy, and I believe that more people will start looking at cryptocurrencies and better investment options. What do you guys think?

I think the market capitalization speaks volumes to your point. Mass adoption is coming, its just a matter of time.
