2. Venezuela owes Russia some $3.15 billion over the next 10 years, but the South American nation will not be paying its debt using its petro cryptocurrency.
3. Reddit no longer accepts Bitcoin payments for its premium membership program, Reddit Gold, although the feature may return to the social media platform in the future.
4. The Bitfinex team commented that the restrictions are applicable to all customers of the platform, not only US clients. They also relate to all activities on the platform, such as “deposits, financing, trading, and withdrawals.” The platform added that all of its “contractors and employees”, regardless of location, are also prohibited from transacting in the Petro.
