Where is Cryptocurrency going?
While cyrptocurrency is still a relatively new subject, I'm an even newer believer in the technology. I can't say, with any certainty, that I understand the technology behind it or that I would be willing to bet all my paper-backed currency (i.e. U.S. Dollar) that it will still be around in 5, 10, 50 years time. It might still be here but look and feel totally different from what were seeing. Mr. Mackintosh makes some valid points but I'm not inclined to buy into his bottom line that cryptocurrency, when weighed against the time tested value of currencies (such as the U.S. Dollar) is worth Zero.
What are your thoughts?

I think this article and others like it are written to discourage people from investing in cryptocurrencies to prop up their interest in the current money system, which is controlled by the big bankers on Wall Street.
In my opinion cryptocurrencies are the embodiment of a true free market system, where literally the market determines the value, without external manipulative influences. That said, articles like this seek in part to manipulate the value of cryptos by decrying them.
I agree Henry, articles like these are usually made by someone who knows nothing about the subject, in this case cryptocurrency, and has likely never tried to use them.
