Vanished... Or So You Thought!

in #ctp5 years ago

Hehe.. okay so the title is a little dramatic, but why not shake things up a bit?

I did my introduce yourself post, then dropped off the face of the steem blog.

Buuuut, I was actually on my other main steem blog thats about technology and business, oh and my tech repair business(@techbizgeek).

This blog is more about non-techy/biz stuff lol

Like my future paint pouring adventure, some calligraphy... basically art. Ah, book reviews and card readings too(maybe more things along the way such as travelling, baking, etc)!

oooh I'm excited for this blog and I hope you are too!

What I really wanted to talk about today was about my Cricut and the crafts I create with it!

Below are the two most recent crafts I created with the help of the Cricut and Design Space(like photoshop)

Untitled design (4).png

The "Three Witches" was made from a template that Cricut had available in its Design Space for $1. I bought it, then all I had to do was put the right color of cardstock paper on a sticky mat, shove the mat and paper into the cricut, push a couple of buttons(literally 2) then it worked its magic. Once all of the pages were cut out, I put some 3d tape squares between the layers, used some glue for the witches, and voila! It was done! It was a fun starter project since it was my first real project with the Cricut.

The second one was completely designed by me. The picture was from design space because I failed in taking the picture of it before packing the Mercari customer's purchase... and honestly the words didnt turn out as well as I had hoped. Now I know to not make font so small. It was still cute and somewhat legible though lol.

And that sums up my first 2 full Cricut projects!

If you enjoyed this blog and would like to read full Cricut tutorials, then leave your requests in the comments.

The cricut is amazing and you can make so add decorations to sooo many things... from t-shirts to leather belts and everything else you see on pinterest :P
