Putin was chatting up Jügderdemidiin Gürragchaa, the first cosmonaut from Mongolia, relating the horrors of the United States, especially New York City.

Gürragchaa demurred, "surely Comrade President, it cannot be..." Putin turned coy, "I have friends in high places...am privy to deep American propaganda secrets..." Pulls out file.
