Assalammualaikum Sahabat Lanaya
Tomorrow weekend, instead of bored in good house try makein brownis banana steamed. The material is easy and not difficult. The making is also easy, guaranteed children would like

For Friends Lanaya who want to know brown recipe banana steamed, let's note the ingredients as follows:

Material:

  • 75 grams dark cooking chocolate (DCC), roughly chopped
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 40 grams of butter / margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large chicken egg, shake off
  • 150 grams of ambon / cavendish banana / king
  • 50 grams of versatile flour / medium protein
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder double acting
  • 10 grams of cocoa powder, use a good quality
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt

Preparation:
Prepare the baking sheet, spread the inside of the pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour, turn and tap to remove excess flour. Set aside.
Crush banana with a fork until crushed. Preheat oven, set at temperature of 170'C fire top down if using electric oven. If using a gas oven, use a fire only. Put the toaster rack in the middle of the oven.
Adjust the temperature with your respective oven, because different brands of ovens can be different temperature. Stir into one flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and fine salt. Set aside.

How to make:
Prepare a heat-resistant bowl (aluminum / heat-resistant glass), enter dark cooking chocolate, sugar and butter / margarine. Place the bowl on a small pan of water, keep the brown bowl from touching the water.
Heat the pan with low heat until the chocolate melts, stir until chocolate, butter and sugar are mixed. It does not matter if the sugar is not soluble. Remove the bowl from the pan, let it half cold. Enter vanilla extract, and beaten eggs, stirring with balloon whisk until well mixed. Add the banana, mix well.

Enter ½ part flour mixture by sieving directly over banana batter, stirring dough using spatula with fast and light movement until well mixed. Add the remaining flour, mix well. Do not overdo stirring, because it will make the texture of brownies become hard.

Pour the batter into a pan. Bake for 30 minutes until the surface of the cake appears to harden. Test by jabbing the stick in the middle of brownies, if no dough is attached then the cake has been cooked.
Remove from the oven, leave for 5 minutes to remove the hot steam. Turn the brownies over the wire rack and let them cool until they are cut. Brownies last 4 days at room temperature or 1 week in refrigerator chiller in sealed containers. yummy delicious!
