Why do we hate to wake up early?
There is nothing worse than having to wake up early every morning to catch up with your work, university or school! Feeling is no different to two humans, although it is a healthy behavior of the body! What is the reason why we hate waking up early every morning?
The reason for our reluctance stems from our inability to leave the bed early, and there is more than one reason for this. The independent expert on sleep Dr. Neil Stanley and Professor Evangelina London, Paul Greengrass, explained that having difficulty leaving the bed in the morning was six major reasons. These reasons are:
Time to sleep
Our bodies go according to a routine system that has a set of consequences. The mechanism of our sleepiness or alertness operates according to the rhythm of the biological clock in charge of the brain. Therefore, a change in the sleep system such as going to bed late or sleeping at an unusual time leads to a malfunction in the body's biological clock and makes it more difficult to wake up early in the morning.
The holiday is the reason! is the reason!
The sleep system is usually different on weekends and other public holidays. Because of this, as we explained earlier, the routine of the biological clock is flawed and disturbed your sleep and alert systems. This disturbance causes you a time crisis as if you have moved to another area that is not in time and you have difficulty controlling your biological clock again. This means that losing control of early morning vigilance is just like losing the ability to control your sleeping habits when you move to a different time zone.
Press and hold the snooze button
The alarm clock in different devices has a large part of the responsibility. Because of the snooze button, you can get a few more minutes of deep sleep and adversely affect your ability to wake up actively and easily.
Each time you press the snooze button and close your eyes, your brain returns to the deep sleep phase. As you press the button, you will feel more tired the more you wake up and then go back to sleep again, making you tired and angry from waking up early!
Gene role in it!
For some people, it's hard to get out of bed in the morning because it's recorded on their genes! Genetics in this area interferes with the fact that some people have genes that make them tend to watch in the evening and fight to get out of bed in the morning!
Time of year
There is a scientific reason behind our eagerness to wake up in the cold winter mornings. Our bodies interact to a great extent from the ocean to pick up signals to indicate when to wake up. During the winter, the darkness of dawn and in the early morning hours make the body's response to wakefulness very difficult and turn into a struggle and battle to leave bed!
Your phone is the reason!
The phone has a prominent role in feeling tired every morning and knocking you out of bed. The blue light from the phone screens raises melatonin in the brain and increases our sense of happiness and rush to follow up on the news and lose it through social sites until late at night, and of course, the difficulty of leaving the bed the next morning.
The previous reasons combined make the task of getting out of bed in the early morning more like battle and conflict
