RE: ADSactly Culture: In Search of Luck

in #culture5 years ago

Interesting post, @nancybriti. Beyond the circumstances that we are going through in Venezuela, and which makes many people almost mortgage their lives at random (the expression in vogue is symptomatic: "As it comes, we are seeing"), there is a very remote relationship of human beings with gambling and luck. It could be said that life would be a permanent oscillation between destiny and chance. Some have assumed (or assume) only the first, others only the second. I believe that, in truth, they are interrelated, and one has repercussions on the other. The lamentable thing would be that we put our lives only in the roulette wheel, or as a simple ball of bingo.
Thank you for your post. Greetings.

I believe, as in everything, there must be a balance. Nor do I believe that the important things in life should be left to chance. It would be a very irresponsible way of walking through life. Thank you for commenting, @josemalavem.
