I have experienced this fact myself. At the Palace of Nations in Geneva Switzerland a conference room is having the ceiling painted in different colors and depending of the angle from which you look at it, you see mainly one color. The purpose of this is to demonstrate that different people from different regions of the planet can see the same thing in different ways and we should not judge the way people perceive it.
