Steemit Poets United : The Hunt. #1 (Recruiting New Talented Poets) (New Curation Effort)
Well guys. While I was sitting bored and waiting someone to respond to my posts. I have decided to delve deep into the new poetry posts and go find the talented newcomers. I think this is a challenging task as there are so many poems posted daily. This way new poets will gain and also will get the chance to join our community.
This Curation will be similar to the Daily Dose but I will be featuring poets outside the community. As I have stated at the beginning we are about making a great environment and community to support the new poets. This is crucial to making Steemit a place for poetry and poetry lovers. I encourage everyone to join us. We have some amazing poets with us. Be part of the Steemit Poets United.
Let the hunt begin...
This edition I will include 4 poets and go on the hunt to recruit them here are their works in no particular order:
We start with @pharaohspeaks His awesome piece The Garden We Would Have Been Pictures the perfect world where everything remained unchanged. I think that he will be a great addition to our group. I encourage you to welcome him in. And show him the Steemit Poets United way. Thanks.
Next we have @anime.lovers I think she is being great with words and creates exact feeling of understanding Go and read her poem Crying in The Recesses of the Heart . Show this new poetess some love. She is really new only with 25 rep ... I think she deserves your vote and attention. I hope she joins us.
Our next pray is @wulan.maghfirah He did amazingly well with his piece Secret Love You have got to check it out to know what I am talking about. Again I must say that we need to work to recruit him for our cause. I encourage everyone of our members to make such SPU Hunt that would be so great for the community.
Our prized trophy is @zoeroces I must say that I love her works not only this one. She is really talented poet and writer. She will be true pearl in our collection of poetesses guys do not miss her page and My Child Original Poem. The poem is about the love for her child. I think it is really honest and peasant peace. Guys we need her on our side. I am sure we will gain by having her in our community. So I am going to pitch her .
That Was All from Today's Hunt. Stay tuned for the next mission :P I encourage everyone from our members to make such hunt once a week. Help the new poets guys. Even if you don't know much the act of caring and showing more than the average interest is something unique to give. I hope you enjoy my new Idea. God Bless You all Peace and Love.

I thought I might send you one of my poems. I’ve posted a couple of times, but nobody reads it, or if they do, they don’t seem to think much of it. So here it is, what do you think?
Somewhere locked in a memory, as the story goes, A man roamed in his garden, and fancied a Rose, Each day he would tend her, and treat her with care, To love & nurture her being, seemed only fair. When his eyes first espied, this delicate Rose, It filled him with wonder, His heart nearly froze, But as time did pass, and deeds were undone, He pruned back the cover, and let shine in,the sun. The sun was so warming, a glorious thing, And soon the fair Rose, was free to take wing, It's leaflets, they flourished, It's buds all aglow, A renewal of life, through its" petals did flow. The man was so happy, he marveled his art, Such a feeling of Joy, it brought to his heart, Sweet Rose, thought the man, I must bring you home, For this garden, is only a place where I roam. I must, have you near me, to have & to hold, Yet roses are fragile, and precious as Gold. For a time the man pondered, and held off the deed, Knowing well the complicity, of this rose's breed. Til at last in his heart, he could no longer wait, So, Today was the day, his fulfillment of fate. Gleefully, mad thoughts, raced through his head, But, How can I move, this sweet rose from her bed, Once at home Lovely rose, you 'will be all of mine, And then all in the world, will be blissfully fine. So with spade, and some burlap, & twine in his hand, The man headed out to the garden, where his fair rose did stand. He approached her with caution, ever sure to take care, Stopping just for a moment, at her beauty to stare. As he gazed at her fineness, deep inside flowed a pain. It occurred to him now, perhaps, his fair rose should remain, In that spot in the garden, filled with sunshine and rain, And it wrenched him, it maddened, and tormented his brain. It saddened his heart, but deep inside, well he knew, If it was best for the dear rose, it was best for him too, So he kissed her fair petals, and bid his sweet rose goodbye, Gathered the pieces of broken heart, from where they did lie. He turned away ever so slowly, in remorseful repose, For he knew in his heart, he'd never have his sweet rose.
