RE: The ABC’s of Curation for #NewbieResteemDay

in #curation7 years ago

@beeyou thanks for this post, good to be refreshed. Having so little time to spend on steemit and having the crappiest internet speed means struggling to be involved, and as our time zones don't coincide it's like being stranded on a desert island! :) It's a good idea to add people to your team as it seems there are lots of members now.
I haven't engaged with any of you guys in ages, except I think @simplymike and @charisma777. I wanted to share something with you - my rep took giant leaps after being stuck on 39 forever, and suddenly reached 46! After being inactive with regards to writing for a while, I posted 3 articles which were well received and caught the attention of some big upvoters. It was so awesome - except I'm still a newbie as I don't know much, and my upvotes are worthless. I need some help to rearrange my wallet! Thanks again for the post and thanks to all of you, old and new!

Hey @leighleigh. Happy to hear from you! That is great news your posts were well received. Usually a couple big upvotes from big users will jump your rep level up quickly. I know it is challenging to connect at times being on different time zones. The beauty of it all, we connect when we're on and catch up when can. I hope you continue to write great posts!

We are all still newbies even though our rep level grow daily. I'm still learning something new on here with every passing day.
