Introduction

When you decide to make a change, you must first understand why the change was made in the first place, which is exactly the principle on which the administrators of the Steemit platform went to improve the process of curating good content. .

Whereas, the old method of curation was organized and efficient, but it exposed several shortcomings that I personally suffered, since my articles were skipped several times despite the effort I made in photography and writing, as it facilitated several transgressions committed by users in order to gain more upvotes and increase the chances of choosing their articles at the end of each week, using multiple accounts (farming) and plagiarism, as we have noted the large percentage of low writing for posts tagged with a specific tag belonging to each team, which sometimes makes it difficult to choose the best posts at the end of each week.

What I miss after these changes is the team that has always worked hard and is dedicated to the slogan of transparency in upvoting and selection, but I think after seven months of experience, it's time to change the way of working so that the curation process becomes more effective and inclusive.

At the end of this introduction, I would like to thank the entire Control Quality team for the distinguished time we have worked together, and hope that future opportunities will bring us together to continue working on the same principles as we have learned and benefit to our platform with the experience we have gained. And here I am today I am presenting this request individually, exceptionally, but the work will continue in the interest of our dear platform.

A brief summary of your history on Steem.

My first appearance on Steem was around August 20 2017, about five years ago, through which I realized what I aspire to, both financially and morally, through my use of the most successful Blockchain platform in terms of social networking.

When I go back to the tape of events in the early years to join the platform, I never imagined that I would reach this honorable point, but in return I worked hard and dedicated to reach it, which it did. The best influencers in this field, so I invite all users to believe in their abilities and give the best that they have gained and I am confident that you will reach the level you aspire to.

In fact, the steem ecosystem has allowed me to meet many high-level users and benefit from the experiences they gain in many areas.

For a while, I held many positions at Steem, starting with the most important position throughout my career, which allowed me to obtain several advantages, the most important of which is the increase of the value of the content that I provide, who is a professor within the Crypto Academy, through which I have edited many lessons in the field of Blockchain and trading in the cryptocurrency market interspersed with that- here is a set of questions that we ask students to answer in the form of assignments, then we review them and give marks, an experiment that I consider successful since it has been going on for a while, and now I am one of the moderators of the academy.

The second position is to lead the curation team for six consecutive terms. Our job is to review submitted work in finance and technology and upvote for the highest quality in terms of content.

I'm also one of the moderators of the Steem4Bloggers community which takes care of everything that is written in the field of technology, a young community which I hope will quickly find its way to success in the times to come, and the start was to choose them from the communities that will secure the Steemit program for the next season.

Graduated with a master's degree in computer science, specialized in artificial intelligence, I have worked for 15 years as a main computer science teacher for major schools. Thanks to very varied missions, I have developed great versatility and a strong ability to adapt.

I consider myself above all as someone very pedagogical, I followed a complementary course at the higher university of education aimed at acquiring the methodology of teaching and I obtained a Master's degree in educational engineering in training. 'adult.

Thus, I will be able to offer training that meets the specific needs of the applicant, to adapt the content of my sessions according to the level of the trainees and to control the acquisition of their knowledge.

My field of expertise is vast, I am able to train beginners in office automation and Internet initiation, but also engineering school students in professional programming (JAva, C++, html, etc.) or support companies in optimizing their information systems.

What country you live in and what languages you can read fluently?

For context, I am Tunisian, my mother tongue is Arabic. I speak it quite fluently (probably with a Tunisian accent) and I write it very well having been to school in Arabic and French (took a lot of French lessons). I speak French well every day, but I have a conversation or two every week. So sometimes I have a hard time finding my words.

English is probably the language I speak most easily these days. I like to think I write it very well, but I have an accent when I speak it. Also, I am often surprised by popular idioms of my generation that I have not yet encountered.

I learned some Italian when I was 17. Maybe, I had to refresh my old knowledge. I can have an almost adult Italian conversation, but my vocabulary is still limited and I make a lot of mistakes.

Without a doubt I would choose the topic "Finance and Technology" - which includes finance, business, cryptocurrency, science, technology, IT...

I consider it a logical and successful choice due to the experience and knowledge I gained which has been honed and developed by working within SteemitCryptoAcademy as a Professor and Team Leader on the topic “Finance and Technology”, allowing me to discover many secrets and details that were obscure to them in the past and to learn from my mistakes.

It is no secret that teamwork achieves goals faster than individual work, and since the need to form a trained work team capable of performing the tasks assigned to the group is a necessity absolute and an indispensable pillar for any project.

The ideal is to have a maximum of five people in a working group and an odd number so that the decisions that must be made are won by the highest number. From there, working group meetings can begin.
