Curation Team Application [Finance & Technology]-June Session

Hi all steemians,

A new curation session will be started in June, Our Quality Control team submits its application for the fourth consecutive cycle of curation program supporting high quality content and under the supervision of the administrators of the platform Steemit.Inc.

As usual, the whole team strongly supported the idea of ​​submitting this application without thinking, because they felt the need to use the experience they had in the field of curation and select the best articles in form and content. The team that has become one family, which is a commendable thing for the benefit of the group.

Our thanks to the platform supervisors for choosing us earlier for this task and we hope that our team will be chosen to continue the experiment next month.

During this month we will continue working with the same group which has become more and more homogeneous and compact, so we start by giving general information in tabular form about the members of my team to show the extent of diversity within what we also look for in the rest of the teams, whatever areas they are interested in, so that all users have the opportunity to have a representative who understands their language and culture and who effectively assesses their work.

I consider it a logical and successful choice given the experience and knowledge acquired by the team which has been honed and developed by working within the SteemitCryptoAcademy as teachers and members from the "Finance and Technology" theme curation team, which allowed them to uncover many secrets and details that were obscure to them in the past and learn from their mistakes.

Why we would make a good curation team?

For us, working in the spirit of one team is an embodiment of the principle of cooperation between members of the group or one system, and the success and distinction of any organization, its failure and its decline, is due to the extent of cooperation, interdependence and solidarity among its members, or not.

And as I believe that a successful leader is the one who can form a successful work team, based on (mutual trust, harmony, commitment to what is entrusted to him, the ability to take responsibility, and clarity of purpose) and the leader works within the team, to be a torch to be emulated within the team, and to inspire them The spirit of love, cooperation, integration and positive interaction, and it enhances the positives in each of them, staves off negatives before their emergence, cultivates in them the spirit of initiative, and motivates them to honest competition that leads them to excellence and creativity.

A successful organization is one that creates an interactive, cooperative, loving and interconnected work environment, meets the material and moral needs of its employees, communicates with them and instills in them love and loyalty to the organization, which leads them to work in the spirit of one team, and to succeed and show seriousness, sincerity, dedication, mastery and discipline in a distinguished and upscale behavior.

Which is clear and understood by all our team members due to the rich experience that SteemCryptoAcademy has assigned them to practice multiple tasks. Including the impartial and objective evaluation of many articles based on well-thought-out and fair criteria and selecting the best of them every week and then submitting them in a detailed report, success has been our ally for several seasons, as our goal was to satisfy and convince students of their mistakes to raise the level of their content and thus improve the quality of writing on the same platform The thing was implemented within our curation team, although it had experienced difficulties in the beginning that were overcome.

We all felt that teamwork was one of the important mechanisms that distinguished our academy in all classes, as the importance of teamwork in developing plans that included coordination between supervisors and communication with teachers, which had a positive impact on the workflow as we were able to besiege all difficulties at a time Short thanks to organized and effective communication. Anything special about how we will do their curation to ensure the widest reach?

• From the start of the evaluation, we keep in mind the use that will be made of its results. When formulating our recommendations and describing the lessons learned, let us think about facilitating their application. Let us limit the number according to their value and importance.

• Let's address all the participants. In preparing our report, it is important to be sensitive to the differences in knowledge, skills, and information needs of different audiences.

• The reader whose technical knowledge is very limited should be able to easily understand us. It may be necessary to have our report translated for some participants.

• People understand better and learn more by reading a

These referees are chosen for plagiarism literary or scientific according to certain characteristics.

• Third, plagiarism is identified by reviewing the list of sources and references and ensuring that they contain most of the sources and references that the author used to prepare the literary or practical work. Falling into plagiarism refers to sources that have been used, and one form of plagiarism at this point is placing sources and references other than them that were once considered clever mixing, but are classified as a dangerous act.
