Let see how it will work out first. As i have heard the native version won't be a full 1:1 conversion of the original build and may have some missing features, so this might a reason for some people not to use it and still require them using the original version.
My preferred way of running Linux tools is by using the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) anyways. It starts up very quickly like any other shell and you can run a lot of unaltered native Linux tools on it, right there on Windows.
