Lechon Paksiw are made from leftover lechon, lechon kawali, or roasted pork cooked in a sauce, vinegar, and add spices that will suit your taste. A simple dish that I created today for my own satisfaction. Preparing this is simple you just add all the ingredients in a pan and then mixed it. Craving Satisfied
