My Own Version of Pancit Guisado

Since I was a kid my mom use to cook this kind of dish and I really like it. Now, I tried to make my own version and this is my first time cooking it so this is a trial and error process but hopefully the taste will be good. This kind of this meal make your kitchen more complete and make it more like you have a feast in your house.
