Recently came across quite a nice pork noodles nearby my neighborhood, so I wish to share with all my friends who is on Steemit. Below will be some of my comments about this delicious food.

As I mention earlier on, I actually ordered a dry version pork noodles. They come in 2 bowls. One is the noodle itself (which shown as the picture above), and another one will be the soup and all the delicious pork meat and some organs too. If you like to eat pork organs like pork intestine and liver then you will definitely love them since they are well cooked and fresh! If you cannot take those organs, please inform the owner in advance so that they can replace it with pork meat.

They have various of noodle selection for you to choose from. You can either choose one, or mix and match with any two of it. My personal favorite mix will be Bee Hoon and Koay Teow! This combination actually mixed petty well with the "black sauce" and that allow you to taste the noodles, the sauce and the Crispy Pork Lard at the same time! I purposely highlighting it because this is one of the key factor to differentiate a good pork noodle and a bad pork noodle. Crispy Pork Lard will be No.1.

No.2 will be the ingredient. Especially pork liver, the most common item will be seen in pork noodle's soup. If the liver is not fresh, there will be a weird taste and also the color will shown as "grayish". Petty easy to check from there. Other than the "freshness" will be how well they cook it. If overcooked, then the liver will turn hard. If well cooked, will be chewy and juicy. Over here, still not too bad for me.

No. 3, Soup. The soup here is a bit different from the rest. Based on my taste-bud, they put in some wine into the soup to increase the variety of taste, at the same time enhance the aroma of the soup. I am not a person who will finish up the soup when I am eating out, but I totally gave in to this by empty my bowl. Oh man, me myself also can't believe it.

Conclusion
Overall, I am satisfied with what I get based on what I paid. The environment is clean, reasonable waiting time, affordable price and decent amount of food. Since they also provide other variety of food, I definitely will come again and try out the rest.

Hope you enjoy my post! Cheers!
