''BULINAW FISH also known in English as ''ANCHOVIES FISH''. Today I made my own version of kinilaw with matching unripe mango. I didn't add vinegar to its flavor, I cut the unripe mango into small pieces so that the unripe mango produces its sour.
Here are my Ingredients

Bulinaw
Onions
mango
salt
lemon
