We we're treated at Makati city by my friend's relative and the host ordered pizzas and lemon chicken for our dinner. While munching the lemon chicken I think I could teach you how to cook this dish in a easy way even its my first time to taste it.

Ingredients

Chicken
Lemon Juice
Thyme leaves
Minced Shallot
Minced Garlic
Honey
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper- to taste

How to Cook

Preheat the oven into 350c

Cut chicken into parts

In a bowl, marinate chicken parts with olive oil, lemon, honey, shallots, garlic, thyme leaves, salt and pepper for 10 minutes and massage for it to soak the flavors.

Place the marinated chicken in a pan then bake the chicken inside the oven for 30 minutes.

Garnish with minced shallots, and lemon

Serve
