Dan larimer is a genius programmer (like Americans do so well when they launch into new technologies). He founded the company Cryptonomex. inc with his father, (both previously worked at boeing) consulting firm in blockchains.
Rumours have it that his interest in crypto-money was just after the launch of the Bitcoin. In 2003 he obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from the renowned Virginia Polytechnic Institute. In
2014 he creates the Bitshares cryptographic platform. The beginning of Bitshares. In June 2013 Dan Larimer discovers that a fiat/bitcoin exchange does not require any fiat deposit and could be created using a token that would be saved by another token on the blockchains.
That's where the idea came up!
Dan larimer spends his time on crypto-currency forums exchanging ideas with other crypto geek. He met Charles Hoskinson, co-founder of Ethereum. Together the two men develop a business plan. From the idea to the financing the two men will meet a Chinese business man (Li Xiaolai). The one who accepts funding.
On July 4, 2013 the company Invictus Innovations and creates. In October 2013 the Bitshares concept is presented at the big conference of bitcoin atlanta in 2013.
The Bitshares platform is capable of creating 100,000 transactions per second (which is huge). To give you an idea order VISA which is one of the largest financial provider at transaction level, can generate only 2000 transactions per second. The difference is there between Dan larimer and the other crypto coins. A pure genius.
Characteristic of Bishares (without going into technical details)
Decentralized asset exchange. Dynamic account authorization. Reference program. User-issued resource. Performance and scalability. Stakeholder-approved project funding.
In my next article I'll tell you about Ned scott.
And what do you think of this genius (that we could compare to Einstein but in the new technology version) what is Dan Larimer ?
