RE: Quest post week thirty two: Ogers (part four)

in #darklands5 years ago (edited)

Seeing Gob show up brings joy to my heart, however seeing him get beat up like that makes me very concerned. I ignore the archer for now and charge attack the wolf at I11 with my sword (7 damage). 14 to hit +5 for coming out of hiding +2 for charge = 21, so no need to roll. The wolf is now dead.

Having the nettle wall as protection, I feel more confident and decide to attack the ogre at H11. I need to get the enemies away from Gob, so I sheath my sword and pull out my bow.

SUMMARY: I kill the wolf and the ogre close to Gob, so he is now a little bit safer than before, but I fail to hide and rely on the nettle wall to shield me.

Sort:

@rolld20 for an attack on the ogre next to Gob. (15 to hit, 7 damage)

Shake shake shake, you roll the 20-sided die.

You rolled a 13.

The almost-dead ogre is now dead!
I duck back into the forest and try to hide (but making sure to keep the nettle wall between me and the archer) for my 3rd action. @rollthedice

Shake shake shake, you roll the 6-sided die.

You rolled a 6.
