Erm...wut? Email can't be decentralized. The receiving server is in the address. There are a lot of chains supporting in-system messages (Steem does too), that's the most you can expect.

This will be an alternative gui for nxt messages, nothing more. They can call it Email as much as they want, at one point on the site they even say that they don't use normal email addresses.
