How to Achieve Goals Through Reflective Decision-Making

And I always think, "I will find the answers to the puzzle of my mind and life." Then I immediately think of whatever is bothering me or what I'm trying to change. After all, figuring out what will happen requires some math and some choices.

This part, on the other hand, is always the hardest when it comes to making accurate predictions. This blog post will help the reader clear their mind so they can make decisions about important results.

A good rule of thumb for me when I'm trying to figure out how different parts of reality fit together is to ask myself, "What is my role in this outcome?" This brings up a lot of new questions, like, "Do I have any control over this outcome?" Have I missed a chance to change how this turned out?

Naturally, this is based on the idea that there is a result that could be good or bad, but not neutral. Asking yourself what a good outcome would be like and also picturing what a bad outcome would be like is a good idea at this point. Which of these results makes you feel the most?

But things can be unfair for people with mental health issues. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can make it hard to think clearly about things like this. Because of this, it is smart to ask another question now: "how do past experiences remind me of this outcome?"

This will help control the chance of bias and the impact of strong emotions. This is when comparisons happen in the mind, which has all the effects of remembering important emotional events. But if I'm lucky, I can look at the possible result in a way that is in line with who I really am.

I start to believe what I say, and I use positive affirmations because I know that I need to be in charge of how I react to my own thoughts and events if I want to stay honest and have integrity. When I want to think pragmatically, I ask myself if the result I want is good for me and if there is any chance of harm or loss in getting it.

Then I check in with myself to make sure I'm not too focused on a result that doesn't help me become more like my true self. In this way, little by little, I get closer to the result I want, the result that makes me feel good about mySELF-WORTH.
