Green Bonus, how it works

If you're thinking of putting your garden in order, there's no better time than this. The new Green Bonus just launched by the Council of Ministers provides for a 35% deduction of the expenses incurred for the restoration of your garden up to 5 thousand euros! The deduction extends to condominium gardens, balconies and terraces, so give the green light to the creation of roof gardens or gardens on terraces and the creation of new green spaces! Thanks to this measure, Italian cities will literally flourish and in this way we could actively fight the smog of the city.

Ecobonus: energy requalification

New also as regards energy requalification: 65% deductions for operations such as thermal insulation and installation of solar panels to encourage green energy. A 50% deduction is also provided for the replacement of windows and the installation of condensation and biomass boilers. Here too, therefore, we are giving the green light to improvements for our home, with a special eye on the environment.

Ecobonus: new on restructuring

The bonus for small restructuring projects, which provides for the tax deduction of 50% of expenses incurred up to 96 thousand euros, is confirmed for next year as well. To improve the safety of our homes, the Sisma Bonus is promoted, which provides for the deduction of 50% on seismic interventions. The measure extends to public housing, but, for the time being, social housing is excluded.
