DeepOnion is more than just a currency

Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bytecoin, DICKcoin... so many coins occurred lately. There is no need to be a genius to understand that most them are just money grabbers, just founders' attempts to create a value from nothing. Of course, there are also really promising projects which are pretty underrated now and investing in which may be much more profitable than investing in top ones. The problem is that finding such projects is becoming harder and harder by the time.

To make sure the #cryptocurrency is not just a speculative element, but also represents something from itself we need to do some research check out the roadmap, the difference from Bitcoin, the development team and the community behind the project. I've already told about DeepOnion's currency features, which provides a high-level of #anonymity and #privacy, allowing users to make transactions throw Tor network without even knowing how it works. Though I think this feature is just enough to succeed, today I would like to tell you about other DeepOnion features and prove that it's not going to be just a currency, but also a huge anonymous ecosystem with great functionality.

Encrypted messages

This was one of the first DeepOnion features and I think you already guessed what is the idea. Yes, you can send and receive encrypted messages through the Tor network while staying completely anonymous using DeepOnion blockchain. So you may be confident that your message will be delivered, but it won't be read by any third-party person and no one will even know who was the sender. I'm sure you won't argue that this is a really awesome and useful feature.

DeepVault

If you know what file integrity verification is, then the short explanation should be enough. #DeepVault lets you sign the file and store the checksum on the #blockchain, so that you may verify that it wasn't damaged or modified anytime while staying completely #anonymous. VoteCentral - the anonymous democracy

The next upcoming feature of DeepOnion is going to allow the $ONION holders to suggest and vote for new ideas, making decisions about the future DeepOnion development. I think it's awesome, that the community will have an opportunity to define the direction the project will grow in. And, who knows, maybe someday this will grow into much more. Who said that #VoteCentral must be used only for voting on the project development?

Smart Contracts

Smart contracts support is the final point of the current roadmap. We have a long to go, but the development team is planning to release this before the end of the year. Just imagine an anonymous smart contracts platform, it will be amazing and I'm sure there will be no argument that DeepOnion is the leader in its category.
