The next 100 days of DeepOnion

It is only two weeks since the announcement of DeepOnion devs for the new wallet with full intagration of obfs4 protocol and MEEK.

It is only 4 days since the new exciting announcement of the team about the integration of Stealth adresses in the upcoming wallet. Another great step for DeepOnion towards fully anonymous and untreacable transactions.

DeepOnion made stealth

The project is moving forward in fast-forward mode and the android wallet development is in the final test phase.

The upcoming days until the end of this first quarter of 2018 are expected to be full of exciting announcements for the DeepOnion community as we are also looking forward to see:

• The new DeepOnion ios wallet
• The launch of DeepOnion vote central (giving the power of vote to the DeepOnion community for the upcoming features of the project)
• Last but not least the hiring of a public marketing hero, cause marketing is also important

As already explained in a previous post, the DeepOnion is on its way to become mainstream. It cannot be considered a random fact, that DeepOnion community continues to grow steadily (more than 12k active registered members on DO official forum).
It cannot be considered a random fact that almost every poll on Twitter is dominated by the DeepOnion fans.
It cannot be considered a random fact that crypto exchanges in India and Russia (two huge markets) are about to list DeepOnion.

But the best are yet to come

I firmly believe that the Q2 2018 will be the most important time period for this project. During that quarter we expect to see the most promising feature of DeepOnion whitepaper, the DeepSend.

The DeepSend

DeepSend will make impossible to trace coin movements throughout the DeepOnion network making DeepOnion the word’s first fully anonymous and untraceable crypto currency.

The launch of DeepSend is a milestone for this project, it is the feature who will make DeepOnion stand of the competition.

New exchanges on Q2 2018

Beside the launch of DeepSend, new exchanges are expected to list DeepOnion.

Right now, the DeepOnion is listed in two middle class exchanges (in terms of daily trade volume), Kucoin and Cryptopia.

Kucoin is the number 29 exchange in terms of daily trade volume, 75.000.000$-95.000.000$ per day.

Cryptopia is the number 47 exchange in terms of daily trade volume, 25.000.000$-35.000.000$ per day.

Both exchanges are really decent but imagine what will happen when one of those major exchanges (Top 10) decide to list DeepOnion.

For the time being, listing in any of these exchanges is not possible as DeepOnion is still on the airdrop phase. It is part of the policy of these markets not to list projects during so early stages. But after the end of the airdrop, the doors will be wide open for DO.

Major exchanges are far more accessible to the public and serial investors. Becoming listed on a major exchange is a momentous occasion, a big credibility boost for any coin or token. And it is also seen as an operational signal for crypto investors who are tracking many tokens at once, which they use while evaluating their function, press attention, trading momentum, etc.

The number 1 on the list Binance has a daily trade volume of 2-3 billions$

It is worth keeping in mind that, even the number 10 exchange on the list, HitBC has a daily trade volume of 390.000.000$-450.000.000$, which is 4 times more than Kucoin and 12 times more than Cryptopia.

The Future

Listing in any of these exchanges will be huge for DeepOnion. Not to mention that usually for cryptos with such a low total supply (only 25.000.000 $onions will be available) this has an enormous impact to the price as well.

And even if none can predict the future, one thing is sure for DeepOnion ; the next 100 days are announced promising.
