This is a great idea but we may need steemit,inc to help us get it off the ground. We need a large amount of liquidity for it to be taken seriously.

Doesn't mean it isn't worth a try though! It's odd how little support STEEM seems to be getting from Justin Sun at this point... seems like it has been left hanging out in the wind.
Incidentally we just got a Steem-Tron trading pair on JustSwap 3 days ago and the liquidity pool value is already over 50,000 dollars USD !
If we could get our Community behind this project it could really pump the price making all rewards here more valuable and bring more new members to the platform.

I was unable to create the pair. The platform documentation referred to in the JustSwap AMA says coin listing is permissionless, but it appears that may have changed due to Fake tokens and scams. I am not sure. The Just Foundatiin administers the platform and their daily bulletin says they are using a Daily Whitelist to provide investors a list of high daily dollar volume tokens as investments and a email helpline to report scams, but it states no change in policy towards new tokens. I have written the project team and email at a different email address and asked for help. I am awaiting their reply.
