Simple Salt and Pepper Shrimp
Practice: 1. Cut off the shrimp, shrimp feet, shrimp heads, and then open the back and take out the shrimp line
- After cleaning, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes
- Green and red pepper minced and set aside
- Drain the surface moisture of the marinated shrimp with kitchen paper
- Glue with starch for later use
- Take the oil out of the pan, add the prawns and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides
- Another oil pan, sauté ginger and minced garlic until fragrant
- Pour in the green and red pepper and stir well
- Add in prawns and stir well
- Sprinkle salt and pepper powder to taste before serving
