YouTube is sued for refusing to hire white and Asian men
One of the most popular sites in the world is sued for discriminating when it comes to hiring staff.

A former YouTube employee has sued Google alleging that he has pressured recruiters to only see women, blacks, Hispanics or applicants from Latin America. Arne Wilberg, who worked for Google for 9 years, formally sued the company last January. The offended says that Google implemented "clear and irrefutable policies" to exclude white and Asian men, in an effort to increase the average diversity of the company. He also said that his life was difficult to be against these policies until he was eventually fired in November 2017.
Wilberg's lawsuit is against Google and 25 employees (whose names have not been given), who allegedly applied discriminatory rules when it came to recruiting new employees. The plaintiff supports his statements with emails and other documents. Indicates that for many months, Google only sought to hire people from historically underrepresented groups in terms of technical positions.
Wilberg also alleges that many employees complained to the company about its policies to hire people, but were ignored, transferred or fired.
