Anyone know why Software desktop Vessel wallet states :Invalid WIF Key for Account!: when I finish inputting my info

I selected my username and the password given to me and then there is another password which i assume you create a new one there and then and its for the desktop side of things like encryption and when you send payments etc....

If anyone has setup this desktop wallet i'd LOVE some assistance
