This is what you need
• 2 eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 125 g of crystalline sugar
• 75 g butter
• 75 g of patisserie flower
• 60 g almond powder
• 60 g hazelnut powder
• 50 ml milk
• 50 ml of room
• 3 drops of vanilla essence
• 400 g cherries
• Extra sugar to sprinkle

• Heat the oven to 180 ° C
Detect the cherries
Melt the butter on a soft fire. Beat the eggs and the yolk together with the crystal sugar for 10 minutes to a white foamy mixture. Add the flour, almond powder, hazelnut powder and the molten butter and keep it airy. Finally add the milk and the room and the drops of vanilla essence.
Pour the mixture into a greased oven dish. Push the cherries a little. Bake the clafoutis in the well preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let it cool down and sprinkle some sugar over it.
