Good morning ☀️ my friends 😀
Today I once again would like to eat some scrambled eggs. But as I try to avoid meat at the moment, there is of course no bacon 🥓 to the eggs 😅
Instead of bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms in the scrambled eggs are also delicious with pepper and fresh spring onions refined. The good vegetables all on a spelled wholemeal roll.
By the way, the whole dish has 470 calories and is full of vitamins and good protein.

Heute hatte ich mal wieder Lust auf ein bisschen Rührei. Da ich aber im Moment aber versuche Fleisch zu vermeiden, gibt es natürlich kein bacon 🥓 zu den Eiern 😅
Stattdessen passen auch Tomaten und Champignons in das Rührei alles lecker mit Pfeffer und frischen Frühlingszwiebeln verfeinert. Das ganze auf einem Dinkelvollkornbrötchen.
Das Gericht hat übrigens 470 Kalorien und steckt voller Vitamine und gutem Eiweiß.
