Manchmal flutscht es bei der Arbeit /Sometimes things go smoothly at work
Daniels Haus und Hof Service und Ballin Gebäudeservice sanieren gemeinsam eine Ruine von Grund auf.
In den letzten zwei Wochen haben wir begonnen, die Heizkörper zu installieren und die Rohrleitungen aus Aluverbundrohr zu verlegen. Der Vorteil, die Winkel und Muffen müssen nicht mehr umständlich gelötet werden, sondern werden einfach nur noch verpresst...
Leider habe ich davon kein Foto gemacht... 😇 aber auf Wunsch kann ich das gerne in einem der nächsten Posts nachliefern...
Bevor es aber an die Renovierung des Schnäppchenhauses geht, müssen erst einmal die Grundbaustoffe verlegt werden, auf denen unser ganzer Luxus aufbaut.
Die Heizungsrohre und Heizkörper sind nun von meinem Sanitärprofi Sebastin verlegt worden. Die Stemmarbeiten habe ich als Hilfsarbeiter übernommen.
Es fehlen noch alle Strom- und Datenleitungen. Das wird ein professioneller Elektriker machen.
Wir haben also noch eine richtige Sch... Arbeit. Im Video erklärt Sebastian wie das ganz einfach funktioniert... 😉 .

In eigener Sache...
Ab Mitte des Jahres plane ich mit zwei Geschäftspartnern ein neues Unternehmen zu gründen.
Wer meinem zweiten Account @der-prophet folgt, hat sicher schon mitbekommen, dass ich seit einiger Zeit plane, meine Photovoltaikanlage zu erweitern. Allerdings ist es fast unmöglich eine Elektrofirma zu finden die eine Photovoltaikanlage zu einem fairen Preis installiert. Und wenn, dann wollen sich die Firmen eine goldene Nase verdienen.
Nach einem Brainstorming mit der Steuerkanzlei Ecke und Ballin Gebäudeservice haben wir uns entschlossen und zusammengetan und bieten ab Ende des 3. Quartals dieses Jahres Komplettpakete an.
Kurz erklärt:
Die Steuerkanzlei kümmert sich um alle Anträge bei der Bundesnetzagentur und dem regionalen Grundversorger.
Sebastian und ich kümmern uns um die Installation der PV-Module und die Organisation der Bauvorhaben.
Eine befreundete Elektrofirma um die Einbindung in den Sicherungskasten.
Nach ersten Gesprächen wollen wir anbieten...

In the last two weeks we have started installing the radiators and laying the pipes made of aluminium composite pipe. The advantage of this is that the elbows and sleeves no longer have to be soldered, but are simply pressed together...
Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of it.... 😇 but if you wish, I'll be happy to provide one in one of the next posts...
But before we get to the renovation of the bargain house, we first have to lay the basic building materials on which all our luxuries are built.
The heating pipes and radiators have now been laid by my plumbing professional Sebastin. I have taken over the caulking work as an unskilled labourer.
All the electricity and data lines are still missing. A professional electrician will do that.
So we still have a real sh... work. In the video, Sebastian explains how it works quite simply... 😉 .

On a personal note...
I am planning to start a new business with two business partners from the middle of the year.
Those who follow my second account @der-prophet will have noticed that I have been planning to expand my photovoltaic system for some time. However, it is almost impossible to find an electrical company that installs a photovoltaic system at a fair price. And if they do, they want to make a killing.
After brainstorming with Steuerkanzlei Ecke and Ballin Gebäudeservice, we decided and joined forces to offer complete packages from the end of the 3rd quarter of this year.
Briefly explained:
