| Actually, I am a monotonous runner. I start with one speed and keep it until the end. Anything else gets me out of rhythm. And I don't usually have a camera with me either. But since I've started to do some exercises during the run again anyway, I just take it as an additional task for the first kilometre. | Eigentlich bin ich ja ein monotoner Läufer. Ich starte mit einer Geschwindigkeit und halte die bis zum Schluss. Alles andere bringt mich aus dem Rhythmus. Und eine Kamera habe ich normalerweise auch nicht dabei. Aber da ich sowieso wieder angefangen habe, während des Laufens ein paar Übungen einzubauen, nehme ich das einfach auf den ersten Kilometer als zusätzliche Aufgabe. |

| Don´t wonder the date in the video. It is wrong. It's a stabling of the camera that I unfortunately deposited incorrectly. I don't think we were really allowed t be outdoors on that date. | Nicht wunder das im Video das Datum falsch ist. Ist eine Einstallung der Kamera die ich leider falsch hinterlegt habe. Glaube zu dem Datum durfte man gar nicht wirklich ins Freie. |
