Trübe Tage gibt es immer mal, nicht nur Sonntags. Musik ist oft eine gute Hilfe, da sie die eigene Stimmung beeinflussen kann. Sie kann Trübsal verstärken, aber auch mehr Energie und Freude bringen. Jeder hat es selbst in der Hand, wie viel Raum die Emtionen bekommen und wie sie sich verwandeln dürfen...

Welche Wege gehst du mit Musik? Party? Tanz? Gefühle? Meditation?

Wir können unsere Traumwelt aktivieren und mit der Zeitmaschine ins Universum reisen.
