This will be definite addition to my household soon!
We just bought a 1/4 of a cow and have freezer full of beef and steaks.

    1/4 😀 that’s a lot of beef 😍, where do you live? ;-)

    Cool. I’m sure the marinade will taste good to your meat. But I think you will have to adjust the baking time. Frozen meat needs much more longer in the oven I think.... ?
