Thank you so much for your reply. I like the idea of worldwide parkruns! It combines activity and communication. In august i will be at cape breton for holidays and there is a parkrun in Halifax. That will be fun going there for running together with canadians ;-)))) I hope that your daughter will like it too. With hugs from across the ocean Kadna

That is a good idea - i don't like exercises 😉 it is boring and exhausting. 😉 Dear @agmoore, it makes me sad that you can't run. I wish you more health in every part of your body or whereever you need it! I admire how your standing! If exercises then with joy!!!
Don't be sad, friend! I'm very lucky. Everything in its time. Yes, joy. That's the trick, I think. Whatever happens in our lives, it goes better with joy :))

This week is stormy weather and i won't have any joy by running ;-) Maybe i will go to the parkrun on saturday???? The next report must wait until there is something special to report - running kadna is not enough ;-))))))))
