There have been irregularities for me recently on both HIVE and STEEM. My feeling is that new versions are being pushed, though not following things on GitHub to be able to say that for sure.

There are network issues too it seems. Delays from posting to condenser serving the content. That could be due to buffering being employed with a more centralized top 20 node arrangement.
