Alicia Herrera starrt einen herannahenden Sturm entlang der Küste in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Alberto wurde zum ersten tropischen Sturm der Saison ernannt. Es wird erwartet, dass er bis zu 15 Zentimeter Regen bringt und die Windgeschwindigkeit auf 65 Meilen pro Stunde erhöht, wenn er auf dem Panhandle landet.
