Man Diet: Week two - wednesday

Ran out of prime rib so switching to the pork roast with broccoli. While not eating all of these delicious sweets around the office, I see the benedits every time I step on the scale. Weighed in this morning at 236.2, thats almost 10 lbs from my high and I’m only about a week and a half in! Realistically, im probably closer to 5 lbs of actual weight class, owing a few of those pounds to my nightly fluctuations, BUT nonetheless, moving in the right direction. I have started supplimenting with push ups throughout the day.
