NEVER DIET AGAIN!
What if you can never have to diet again in order to lose and maintain a healthy weight? Many people search high and low to find a diet that works for them, only to find out it leaves them in a worse state than when they started. The word diet itself constitutes restriction. Anytime you are restricting yourself to obtain a specific outcome within a certain amount of time, you are bound to fall back into your old habits or 'normal behavior.'Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results constitutes "crazy" and that is exactly how I view dieting. The simple answer to breaking the habit of dieting so that you can finally live the happy, healthy life that we all desire is to change your lifestyle! More specifically, there is key to lose weight and improve your overall health all while never having to count a single calories. And, NO it does not require the consumption of some kind of miracle pill.
I spent some years trying to find a way to lose and maintain a healthy weight while also not depriving myself of delicious foods. Delicious foods are one of those simple pleasures in life that no one should have to give up, EVER!
Changing your lifestyle for better health and well being does not have to be bland or boring; rather fresh, vibrate, colorful, creative, exciting, cruelty- free, environmentally sustainable, mouthwatering and so much more. If the word that came to mind just now was along the lines of veganism or plant-based, than you are correct. Yep, this is a win for you, the animals, and the environment.
A whole food plant-based diet provides your body with all the nutrition you need to operate at your optimal level of well-being. Besides weight loss and never having to diet again, you will experience increased energy, better mood, reduced/no anxiety, clearer skin, brighter eyes, and a clearer mind and that is just the top of the iceberg of benefits.
This may be hard to believe but it will all make sense once you implement this new lifestyle and start to experience these result for yourself. I'm glad that you have finally came across this information, and now its time to educate yourself further and TAKE ACTION NOW!
I would recommend that you head over to Physician and author, Dr. Micheal Greger's, website and YouTube channel where you will have ALL your nutrition questions and concerns addressed, along with the science to back it up. As far as the food and recipes I would say use the device you are on right no and head over to YouTube and start exploring a variety of vegan recipes. You can find a variety of all of your favorite non vegan food recipes, made vegan simply using your search engine. So what are you waiting for? Never diet again and get your life back NOW!

A plant based diet will seldom give the nutrients you need unless you are very mindful of it. The problems usually start with b12 that is almost only found in meat and fish. Tryptophan is another nutrient that is also abundant in meat but not so much in vegetables and fruit.
I'm not against vegetarianism. I just think that it should be done responsibly. Eat two eggs every day at least to avoid the pitfalls. And make sure to get omega 3. There are good vegetarian sources of this essential fatty acid. But meat and fish is still the major food source.
Thanks for your reply, I would recommend you check out the links I provided in my post regarding your views on any supposing pitfalls regarding a plant-based diet. I doubt the World Health Organization would support a plant-based diet if it wasn't healthy, which they do. I appreciate your views though.
