Another food which one should focus on eating during a diet period or even in everyday life for healthy outcomes is the grapefruit or other citrus fruits. Half of a grapefruit before any meal will facilitate fat burning with the food you eat during a meal. Remember to take it before eating a meal, which is very important to take note. Fish should also be consumed at least three servings three times a week. Fish is known to be low in fat but will provide you with the same amount of protein you can get from red meat. Another component of fish is Omega 3 fatty acids. With meats and other product containing protein, omega 3 is lacking. Omega 3 is needed by the cells. If the cells will not get enough omega 3 acids, the tendency is, cells will use other fatty acids as their foundation. Therefore, fat deposition will happen. Try to consume fish and other products from the sea to increase the omega 3 content of your cells for a healthy body.
Spinach is one of the vegetable locally available which provides the person almost all of the nutrients and minerals the body needs to function properly. Some of the nutrients and minerals it provide the body are folic acid, manganese, beta-carotene, protein, lutein (a potent anti-oxidant), magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin K. Spinach can be steamed best for side dishes or consumed raw. A little olive oil for sauté will make it nutritious but with the same nutrients.
Olive oil used for a sauté will make any food yummy and delicious. Yes, the body needs a small amount of fat in order for the process of vitamins and minerals to continue and be used by the body. Don’t worry, olive oil is grouped as monounsaturated fat so it is still healthy for it to consume in a lesser amount of course. When you say monounsaturated fat, the fat contained in the food is not directly absorbed by the body. This is also the reason why strawberries are used to lose weight because the sugar it contains is monounsaturated. Moreover, olive oil is healthier than other oil because it contains antioxidants, flavonoids, beta-carotene and vitamin E aside from being monounsaturated (with fats).
Whole grain breed is much more expensive, and some of it just containing 20~30% of whole grain flour and lest white flour.
Is it more economical sense that just eat normal bread + soymilk or sth which have enough fiber in it?
I always propose this approach when someone ask my advice
Same as omega-3. You can not just say ' i will eat fish 3 time a week from not on' and succeed it.
Some omega -3 rich oil like flaxseed or perilla would be better alternative or just simply take supplement without bad smell.
