Itโs my 34th year celebrating new year but only this new year I took the courage to cook for our media noche! Pork chop steak ala bistek ๐ First I marrinated the pork with some lemon, soy sauce and garlic waited for 4 hours before I proceed to cook it. And the finished product perfect! It tastes delicious my son canโt get enough of it ๐. And then I cooked mechado ๐ and followed my my desserts ๐ all set in one table perfect for a simple new year celebration! muy bien! ๐๐๐ฅ
