How to cook Lagat Ampalaya
Last time, I shared how to make sushi. For this day, I will show another cooking tutorial on how to cook Lagat Ampalaya
For the ingredients, we need:
- Bitter gourd
- onion and garlic
- Eggs
- Tomatoes
Steps:
Slice a small size of onion and five cloves of garlic. You will also need to slice some tomatoes. Two to three tomatoes will do.
Slice the bitter gourd, then put it in the container with water and set aside.
Heat up the pan, add some oil and Saute the garlic and onion
After that, add the tomatoes.
After adding the tomatoes, wait for at least one minute before adding the sliced bitter gourd.
For the last step, scramble two pieces of white eggs and then pour it in the pan. Just mix and wait for the eggs to get fried.
Then Serve!
