DIY spacesuit in 2000$ by an amazing space journey enthusiast
We all love space Exploration moives blogs and We have dreamt to go to space in our childhood. During recent days Elon musk the founder of spacx has unveiled his plans for future space travel and colonisation of mars. To achieve the cheaper ways for space travel he has funded many projects from many universities and other kick starters from all over the world. One of them was Cameron M. Smith. He designed the cheapest spacesuit which works more efficiently than the current ones.
Cameron M. Smith-
This is Cameron M. Smith 45-year-old Portland State University anthropologist. He started this project in 2008 march. He wanted to join the space exploration program in NASA but couldn't get in as he is far sighted and during his time NASA recruited through military and he couldn't get in because of his condition. He thought what other way can he be part of this amazing organisation. So he started working on making the costliest item in the NASA's budget under 2000$. By using household materials and making the circuits more simpler.
He has used very promising method of insulation for the spacesuit since it consists of pure oxygen and a small spark from the circuits could cause a serious damage. He has been joined by his fellow staff members in the university and some enthusiastic students. His DIY project is online available for space enthusiasts and he hopes to get more simpler version of the suit. He has been funded and given permission to test run the suit in the space X research facility in Hawaii so they can do more modifications and test it . If everything goes well his suit might be the first to be worn by the very first mars explorers.
