18650 Cell testing. A basic how to from my favorite 18650 DIY'r, HBPowerwall.

Mikes DIY Tesla powerwall. Another powerwall DIY Channel. He talks about using small charging circuits for mass charging lots of 18650's in this his 2nd video. Forgive his audio, he gets better with some experience.

I'm slowly processing for my own wall, but am selling packs on ebay to pay for them. Let me know here if you would like some 18650 packs payable with steem. I think we could figure out something.
