How important sleeping is in our life that we sleep almost 1/3 part of our life. During sleep our body do a lot of maintenance work and a good sleep is always advisable to life a healthy and a happy life.

Here one research found that lacking in sleep can cause dehydration.

For the purpose of the study, the relationship between sleep duration and urinary hydration biomarkers among adults in a cross-cultural context were assessed and compared to reach a conclusion.
