Bernie Sanders targets Walmart over $15 minimum wage
In his latest broadside against big business, Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., is introducing a bill Thursday that would prevent large companies like Walmart from buying back stock unless their employees are paid at least $15 an hour.

I applaud Bernie for his persistence but, as we saw with Amazon, it is nothing but a photo op for these companies. Amazon agreed to the $15 an hour pay but it was nothing more than a bait and switch. Those who received raises ended up getting a cut in the bonuses or stock options. Most hourly workers will now get LESS. But hey, Bezos looked good agreeing to it. Wal-Mart and other companies will get around this if it ever did pass which it won't since the corporations run the politicians.
I love me some Bernie Sanders, he is always fighting for higher wages for the people, so I am not surprised he is taking on Walmart
That is surely a good support for Walmart employees..I hope the bill would come through...
